I think the removal implied that there needs to more reasons for the example aside close release dates, though both of them being RPG DLC should have been sufficient. Why not ask ~helryx directly?

Yes that's the reason. Sorry that my comment wasn't clear enough but the page lays out that the works need to be cornering the same market, so to speak. The only similarity between those two was that they were coming out in close proximity.

Vengance isn't DLC as far as I'm aware, it's an Updated Re-release.

as a soulsbourne fan who hasnt played any SMT game: i dont think it counts. theyre both very different kinds of RPG. one is action combat, the other is turn-based and focused on monster fusion and builds
